My name is Uzay Demir. I am a photographer/cinematographer based in Vancouver, B.C. I am currently in the Motion Picture Arts Program at Capilano University.
A film lover as long as I can remember, my passion for filmmaking was accelerated through photography, which I began to pursue in high school. In my senior year, I directed and shot a short flim which was selected for several film festivals internationally, such as the Ottawa Youth Film Festival and the Youth Diversity Film Festival in Los Angeles. I am also a multimedia artist.
